Our client, a well-established family-owned construction subcontractor, is seeking an experienced Accountant / Accounting Specialist to support accounting, payroll, and HR functions. ? Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
? Process payroll for union and office employees
? Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR administration
? Maintain employee data in Paycom
? Support benefits administration and open enrollment
? Prepare reports, employment verifications, and other administrative documentation
? Handle employee and customer inquiries via phone and email
? Assist with recruiting support and new hire paperwork
?? 3+ years of accounting, payroll, or accounting administration experience
?? Construction industry experience is highly preferred
?? Strong Excel skills
?? Experience with Sage 300 required
?? Familiarity with Paycom, Procore, or ServiceTitan is a plus
?? Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
